Ingredients :
Fresh milk layer
– water 500 ml.
– milk 500 ml.
– agar agar powder 2 teaspoon
– suger 1/2 cups
transparent clear jelly layer -water 500 ml – agar agar powder 1 teaspoon – suger 1/4 cups
Fruit for decorating. plastic cup RW1425 *Product code*
Tips 1. Boil jelly mixture (use a technique in the lecture for a nice result and tip to make jelly not watery after set.
2. pour the hot jelly mixture into the cup for the half cup. then wait for 10 minutes until the first jelly layer set 80-90 % P.S. can buy the plastic cup in the bakery tools shop with product code : plastic cup RW1425
3. Then pout in the second hot clear jelly mixture (piping hot) wait for 20 minute to let the jelly to set in the temperature room. (this part does not put the jelly to set in the refrigerator because the jelly will be watery after set.
4. use the Fruit for decoration. (such as dragon fruit, strawberry, etc.)
5. After the jelly is set in temperature room please put the jelly in refrigerator.31
